Our community interest company, Gallarian Partners, is dedicated to providing top-quality consulting services to charities and non-profit organizations. We believe that by working with these organizations, we can have a positive impact on the communities they serve and make a real difference in the world.

As a community interest company, we are committed to operating in a way that benefits the community. This means that we reinvest any profits back into the business to further our mission, and we prioritize working with clients who share our values and are making a positive difference in their communities.

We are partnering with small charity organisations that are focussing their efforts on local, targeted initiative and have a significant impact in their communities. Our core proposition is to provide, timeboxed support to help those charity organisations overcome one operational issue or solve one structural problem at a time.

The organisations we offer our services to typically, but not necessarily, operate with the following purposes

• Prevention or relief of poverty
• Overseas Aid
• Accommodation / Housing
• Environment / Conservation / Heritage
• Equality or diversity

By applying this approach, we are achieving a broad scale impact in the small-scale charity ecosystem, by improving their efficiency and value add to the communities in dedicated increments.

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about using their skills and expertise to help charities and non-profits achieve their goals. Those professionals are sourced from a professional network of our associates, and we aim to assess our clients’ needs, and subsequently find the right professional who is best placed to help work on the topic at hand.

We offer a range of consulting services, including but not limited to strategic planning, advisory help, problem solving, operational efficiency, marketing, and organizational development. This includes, but is no limited to, reviewing operational procedures and governance and suggesting enhancements, delivering planning workshops to define mission / vision of our charitable partners, improving internal processes or work flows to enhance efficiencies to improve value add the charities are able to generate, marketing advice such as advertising and branding or organisational development such as maximising resource availability or upskilling.

We are proud to be able to offer our services to charities and non-profits at discounted rates or for free, as we believe that everyone should have access to high-quality consulting services regardless of their financial situation. Any income generated through our services is used for covering operational expenses, any surplus is reinvested to improve our services.
