how working with us works
We commit to work with a charity organisation on the initial premise to help solve one particular business problem. To start, we have an exploratory conversation to discuss the business problem with our clients and then find the most suitable resource from our network to help solve the problem. We commit to 2-10 hours of work during a 2-4 week period, which typically is sufficient to resolve the problem.
This approach has been proven in practice as a low risk option for both sides, as it allows our clients to benefit from the skills and resources of our volunteering partners, without committing to a long-term partnership. By working together on a specific project, we can help our clients to make a tangible impact within a short period of time, while also building relationships and learning from each other.
